If you cancel before any consultation, drafting or submission has been carried out, any advance paid is refunded after deducting direct costs already incurred, if any.
After work has begun
Where consultation, drafting, submission or follow-up has already been performed, fees for the completed portion are not refundable.
Government fees and third-party charges
Statutory fees, institutional charges and advocate fees, once paid to the concerned office or professional, cannot be refunded by us.
Outcome
Fees are for professional service rendered and are not linked to any decision of a competent authority. An unfavourable decision is not a ground for refund.
