Client responsibilities

No guaranteed outcome
No approval, sanction, benefit, order or timeline is promised. All decisions rest solely with the competent authority or institution concerned.
Fees
Professional fees are agreed before work begins and are payable for the professional service rendered, independent of the outcome. Government fees, if any, are separate.
